The Odysea is a 31-foot custom made Downeaster, built in 1988. It’s made of solid fiberglass and is powered by a single catapillar 375 horsepower diesel motor. The boat is equipped with radar, fishfinder, GPS, 6-person life raft and all other safety equipment required by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Captain Ralph and the Odysea were featured on the National Geographic channel’s Wicked Tuna. Along with other skilled fisherman, Captain Ralph set out in the fierce waters of the North Atlantic in the hopes of catching the elusive and valuable Bluefin Tuna. Though the smallest of the five boats that were featured on Wicked Tuna, what the boat lacked in size more than made up for in determination.
